I have several questions that I need some assistance.
I have a 62 yo female 230# who has been wearing a College Park foot for
several years, but now is only a K2 functional level. She just moved into an
assisted living facility. Due to the distance of her apt. to the dining hall
she has just been ordered an electric W/C.
1. Does Federal BC/BS recognize HCFA classifications for functional levels?
2. Can I use the College Park foot again? If not, what foot is rated to
230#?
3. Can I bill Federal BC/BS for a new limb which she desperately needs @ 25
ply fit despite the chair?
