Inc. feel that an L0500 Lumbosacral Corset should last at least a minimum of
40 to 45 years and should actually exceed the life span of a Mexican
Redheaded Amazon Parrot or a Galapagos Turtle.
Maintenance, adjustments or repairs are virtually unheard of for at least
the first 25 to 30 years, unless of course the manufacturers tag fades or
becomes detached, which, of course, voids all warranties and relieves us of
any obligation to replace the garment.
Be sure to measure and fit properly in accordance with the prescription
and to obtain prior authorization and pre-certification through our newly
introduced user-unfriendly voice mail system to avoid a denial of payment

Partial payment will be made following a lengthy review by our case
managers shortly after the L/S Support, or the patient, begins to decompose,
whichever comes first.
