Mary Reedy

I currently have a bilateral congenital AK female who is approx. 8 months=
pregnant with her first child (she has been a successful independent amb=
ulator). She is looking for any information available on problems and so=
lutions female amputees have during and immediately after pregnancy. =20

As a practitioner, I have met several patient challenges with weight gain=
, alignment changes and socket fitting issues.

Any recommendations or advise on a patient or practitioner level would be=
greatly appreciated. I have been unsuccessful in finding information on=
this issue.
