Dear Listmembers:

Thank you to all who responded to my inquiry regarding pre-manufactured = carbon foot plates for use in partial foot prostheses. shorter transmetatarsal and more proximal amputations when more = leverage is
needed.=20
c.. Seattle foot manufactures the carbon foot plates=20
d.. Carbon foot plates are available from several sources including = Apex (800 526=20
2739) and Springlite (800 344 0328). Sometimes a sole stiffener made = from=20

incorporated into the shoe to reduce bending.=20
e.. SPS sells a heat moldable carbon fiber foot plate in a variety of = sizes. They=20
are also somewhat inexpensive compared to other non-moldable plates=20
previously available=20
f.. i get mine from pel =20
