I am looking for organizations/clinics/hospitals who can provide a 26 year

old amputee who has lost both arms and elbows with myo-electric

prosthetics. The amputee is a foreign national and would be travelling to

the U.S.for the treatment. Information regarding the posssible length of

stay and frequency of repeat vists (if any) is also needed.
