The Orthotics and Prosthetics department at Shands Hospital at the
University of Florida, in Gainesville, has a current opening for a
Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist.
Candidates must be eligible for state licensure to be considered.
Shands is a large academic teaching hospital with an excellent
reputation for quality care. The O&P department see patients at the
acute care hospital, in our new outpatient clinic, and at our
inpatient Rehab Hospital.
We are looking for an experienced CPO who can make an immediate
contribution. We fabricate almost everything inhouse utilizing our
ABC registered technicians. This is an opportunity to have your own
professional autonomy while practicing within a team of caring
professionals.
