Hi all – thanks for the helpful and supportive responses regarding our
mystery offensive e-mail. Since I made everyone aware of the problem – here
is the conclusion. Once the sender saw the commotion that he caused, he
identified himself. Thankfully, it is a person we know very well who meant
no harm, but used poor judgement in this case. It was NOT an O & P
practitioner.
We have addressed the matter with the individual to everyone’s satisfaction
and he has apologized.
