Tom,
I received the same information from OWW about the warranty. When I
informed the patient of this policy, they called OWW. OWW told this person
the warranty would be honored 90 days from the date of replacement.
Now – I look like a money hungry fool for trying to charge the patient for
replacements inplace of honoring the warranty OWW expresssed to the patient
directly.
I am not happy with them at the moment…but would love to find a consistant
policy or a better alternative.
