HELP !!!!!!
I have a patient who weighs 485 lb post amputation – he is a recent BK
amputee & is ready to be cast for his prosthesis
i have some ideas already ……. iceross suspension, pelite liner for
easier accomodation of changes in shape &/or volume, custom made flex
walk foot (maybe) …..
please bombard me with comments & suggestions ASAP – i am scheduled to
cast him April 17th
I am especially interested in anyone who has experience with using
componentry with someone who exceeds the weight limits & the legal
implications of this situation
