work orders for fabrication

Northwest Orthotics

We are trying to streamline our lab work to make things simpler and more

efficient. Is there anyone out there who uses a form for prosthetic

fabrication that is like an orthometry form, with groups of procedures,

sub grouped by type (ie, sockets, pylons, feet, ) with a check off box so

making out a work order is quick and simple. We find that we loose

information because we write out every work order.

I would appreciate any input about making labs more efficient.

Thanks!
