Knee orthosis hinge

Hello
I have a patient who has an unstable knee and needs an ligament style orthosis. He states that in addition his quads occasionally give out and he would like to lock the orthosis or limit the ROM from 0-30. Does any one have such a device. I’m imagining a Post-OP style of orthosis hinges on a ACL/ligament custom orthosis. Any ideas?
