A descriptive multiple case study is being conducted to explore the extent of the relationship between job satisfaction and compassion among O&P practitioners, technicians, and other allied professionals. Donna Atherton, MSW, a doctoral student of educational leadership at Concordia University, is leading the study titled Job Satisfaction and Compassion Satisfaction Among Orthotic and Prosthetic Practitioners. Atherton is seeking participants who will complete a questionnaire followed by a telephone interview, both of which should take approximately 30 minutes.
All responses will be kept confidential, and participants will be entered to win $100.
