O&P Insight, Las Vegas, hired Susan Cunningham as senior projects manager. Cunningham will be leading various areas of operations development, such as process improvement, policies and procedures, and business analytics.
Cunningham brings O&P Insight multi-level expertise from a long history in the O&P field, starting in 1990 at a family owned local practice. She joined Hanger Orthopedics in 1999, where she most recently served as an area administrative and operations manager, before joining O&P Insight in May.
O&P Insight consults with practices to refine and improve workflow, staff development, compliance, and practice management processes.
