OPIE Software, Gainesville, Florida, has added staff members to its client relations and customer support teams.
Kim Schwab, the new director of client relations, comes to OPIE with an extensive background in O&P, most recently as the Mid-Atlantic account manager for Cascade Orthopedic Supply, Chico, California.
Lily Woodard will work directly with Schwab as the new inside client relations manager. Woodard brings over a decade of experience in software and medical sales.
Ryan Kerwin has been with OPIE since 2015, when he joined the support team. He is now director of customer support. Kerwin has a bachelor’s degree in organizational management from Santa Fe College.
