Össur and Embla Medical were recognized in the Sustainability Index 2026 (Sjálfbærniásinn), an independent Icelandic benchmark assessing sustainability performance based on public perception across multiple markets.
Embla received a score of 81 out of 100, ranking highest among companies operating in international markets and second overall in Iceland. Seventeen companies were recognized for strong sustainability performance.
