Össur Americas, Austin, Texas, is partnering with The van Halem Group, Atlanta, a division of VGM Group, Waterloo, Iowa, to will provide clinical prescreen billing reviews and appeal services for products provided by Össur’s customers.
The service includes a prescreen review of documents to determine if all coverage requirements have been met prior to submission for reimbursement, and access to The van Halem Group’s clinical experts.
“Our primary goal is to assist Össur’s customers in making sure they get paid without the risk or concern of having it recouped down the road,” said Wayne van Halem, president of The van Halem Group.
