Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology (OSUIT) is seeking input on a survey as it explores the possibility of creating a two-year associate degree for O&P assistants to complement its current O&P technologies program. The university is gathering information as the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) and the National Commission on Orthotic and Prosthetic Education (NCOPE) move closer to approving the orthotist/prosthetist assistant standards. The survey will take less than five minutes to complete.
