Proteor appointed Amy Gamble to the role of CFO for its US facilities, effective immediately.
Gamble brings over 30 years of finance and executive leadership in public accounting and private industry, while leading organizations through various stages of growth. Her experience includes initial public offerings, Securities and Exchange Commission reporting, venture capital/private equity bank financing, software revenue recognition, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity. She specializes in accounting, financial analysis, forecasting, financial reporting, system implementations, banking, compliance, operations, and legal and contract negotiations.
