Riley Phillips, a recruiter for the Newell Group, marked his seven-year anniversary this month. He is the director of recruiting for the O&P, medical device, and healthcare markets and has worked in the O&P industry 15 years.
“Fifteen years in, and I still wake up every day feeling lucky to do this work,” he said. “Whenever someone new asks what I do for a living, my answer is always the same, I work in O&P because that says it all.”
