ReWalk Robotics, Marlborough, Massachusetts, and Yokneam Ilit, Israel, announced that its third quarter (3Q) earnings will come in roughly 6 percent lower than it did during the same period a year ago. The exoskeleton developer said it expected to bring in sales of $1.6 million for 3Q, which misses analysts’ expectations of $2.2 million.
In a separate filing, the company said it was hoping to raise about $15 million by offering up 13.8 million in shares, an offering that would be used for research and development costs as well as to tackle marketing, reimbursement expenses, acquisitions and investments.
