SPS, Alpharetta, Georgia, has posted results of its survey on inventory management. The goal of the SPS Trends Survey was to learn how O&P professionals managed inventory during the recent atypical years and how those processes may have evolved.
One trend that stood out: Despite the turbulent last few years, half of respondents did not increase inventory. This may be due to space constraints (cited by 70 percent of respondents) or difficulties procuring supplies, according to SPS.
