The Orthotic & Prosthetic Activities Foundation (OPAF) and The First Clinics announced that Maureen Connelly has been selected as the winner of the 2018 Dale Yasukawa Scholarship. Connelly is expected to graduate from the master’s degree program at Northwestern University Prosthetics-Orthotic Center in March 2019. She holds a bachelor of science degree in chemical and biomolecular engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
Connelly will receive a $1,000 scholarship to further her O&P education by attending a national, regional, or local chapter or society meeting, or for other educational purposes.
