Langer Inc., Deer Park, New York, (NasdaqSC: GAIT) announced on
September 22, the execution of a definitive agreement to acquire
Silipos Inc. from SSL International plc. Silipos, a manufacturer of
gel-based products focused on the orthopedic, prosthetic, and
skincare markets, operates out of a 40,000 square-foot
manufacturing facility in Niagara Falls, New York, as well as a
sales and marketing office in New York City.
