Ability Prosthetics & Orthotics, headquartered in Exton, Pennsylvania, with the help of Quattro Healthcare Marketing (QHM), a Philadelphia-area advertising and marketing agency, has launched its new website and logo.
QHM and Ability worked together to develop a refreshed brand based on extensive research and collaboration with practitioners, referral sources, manufacturers, and patients. The partnership culminated in the creation of a newly designed logo that emphasizes open communication and process, not just the clinical aspects, Jeffrey Brandt, CEO and founder, said. Colors in the logo are used to represent different areas of the body, personalizing the experience, he said. “Deciding on a new logo was difficult and we wanted to make sure the new logo represented the empowerment of a patient’s journey to independence, mobility and happiness,” Brandt said.
Ability has also been named one of the Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania for 2017. The company will be recognized during an awards banquet November 30 in Lancaster. The awards program is a public/private partnership between Team Pennsylvania Foundation, the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, the Pennsylvania State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management, and the Central Penn Business Journal.
“This is so exciting for the company, our staff, and our patients to know that we are among the best of the best in Pennsylvania. I intentionally built Ability with a team approach, transparent and patient-centric culture, and work diligently to sustain the model. I have drawn on my past experiences as an employee to make sure I am continually improving our workplace,” said Brandt.
