The American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists (the Academy) has issued a call for abstracts for consideration and presentation at the 46th Annual Academy Annual Meeting & Scientific Symposium, March 4-7, 2020, in Chicago.
The submission deadline is July 31.
The presentation categories include:
Thranhardt Lectures are chosen from the best of the free paper abstract submissions. Thranhardt Lectures present clinical findings, research, statistical analysis, results, and conclusions.
Free papers offer solutions to common problems, discuss patient and practice-management techniques and innovative uses of technology, or present current research findings.
Poster presentations provide an overview of a clinically relevant subject, such as a case study, critical review of literature, or conclusions drawn from a new technique. O&P professionals poster presentation deadline is September 30; student poster presentation deadline is December 2.
