The Board of Certification/Accreditation (BOC) won its 12th Stevie Award for Sales and Customer Service. BOC received its first Stevie Award earned in 2013.
BOC’s bronze award was in the “Best Use of Thought Leadership in Customer Service” category, which recognizes organizations that excel in leadership by sharing valuable knowledge and insights with customers, thereby enhancing the customer service experience through thought-provoking and educational content.
