Eqwal Group, a France-based healthcare and O&P patient care services provider, acquired 100 percent of the shares in Reed Medical, which provides custom footwear to the National Health Service and private markets in the United Kingdom (UK).
Reed Medical now joins Steeper Group, an O&P provider based in the UK, and LimbTex, a specialist materials supplier as part of Eqwal.
