Members of the UT Southwestern Medical Center and Scottish Rite Movement Science Lab have developed a ten-minute electronic survey to better understand the availability of education that teaches prosthetic users safe ways to fall and the mechanics behind how people with amputations fall.
The researchers are seeking responses from clinical professionals and from people who use a lower-limb prosthetic device for the one-time, anonymous survey.
For questions regarding the rights of research patients, contact the University of Texas Southwestern Institutional Review Board Office at 214-648-3060.
