Integrum raised roughly $2.3 million through a directed issue of 2,666,791 Class B shares. The company said it plans to accelerate commercialization of the OPRA Implant System, primarily in the United States, pursue an opening in Ukraine, and fund selected strategic initiatives.
“This capital injection now gives us greater flexibility to capitalize on these positive developments and accelerate the commercialization of the OPRA Implant System,” said Martin Hillsten, president and CEO.
