The National Association for the Advancement of Orthotics and Prosthetics (NAAOP) named Nikki Grace Strader and Scott Schneider as board members.
Schneider is the head of government, medical affairs, and future development, North America, at Otto Bock Healthcare. He joined Ottobock in 2003 with the acquisition of his company, TEC Interface Systems, and has held assignments at Ottobock’s global headquarters in Duderstadt and Berlin, Germany, and at the North American Headquarters in Minnesota and Texas. He is a recipient of the American Orthotic and Prosthetic Association’s Ralph R. “Ronney” Snell Legislative Advocacy award. 
Grace Strader, a former NAAOP Breece Fellow, brings expertise and advocacy to the healthcare field. Following a life-altering accident in 2009 and an unsuccessful knee replacement, Grace Strader underwent a transfemoral amputation. She is director of operations for Osseointegration International.
