Efforts by Hanger Prosthetics & Orthotics, Bethesda,
Maryland; Otto Bock HealthCare, with U.S. headquarters in
Minneapolis, Minnesota; and supporters of “Cuba Democracy
Advocates,” as well as Florida Congressman Lincoln Diaz-Balart,
will help as many as 20 children from the Ukraine receive
prosthetic devices.
