Ossur, Reykjavik, Iceland, announced on June 25 that Mahesh Mansukhani has joined the company as president of Ossur Americas, Alisa Viejo, California. Eythor Bender, the previous president, will remain with the company in a consultancy role. According to an Ossur press release, Mansukhani, who holds a master of business administration degree (MBA) from Yale University, most recently served at the AlixPartners Consultancy Group. In a previous position with DuPont, he led a $1.1 billion Tyvek business unit. "I speak for the entire Ossur team when I say how appreciative we are of Eythor's many contributions to Ossur's achievements," said Jon Sigurdsson, president and CEO of Ossur, in the press release. "Mahesh has a strong track record in driving growth and innovation, and we look forward to having him participate in driving Ossur's success in the future."
