The governments of Iran and Ghana have entered into an agreement
with the Red Crescent Society of the Islamic Republic of Iran to
establish a prosthetics and orthotics center in Ghana. The
agreement was described on the website of the Ghanaian government
as a “Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to promote human resources
development in Ghana.”
