Hanger Prosthetics and Orthotics, a division of Hanger Orthopedic Group, Bethesda, Maryland, has announced the following new hires and promotions:
Robert Montano, CO, was promoted to practice manager in Yuma, Arizona. According to Hanger, Montano has dedicated the past six years to delivering clinical care to patients at Hanger’s Tucson, Arizona, facility. In 1985, he began his healthcare career as a physical therapist assistant in the Air Force after previously serving in the Marine Corps.
Payson Briggs, CO, has been promoted to practice manager at Hanger’s Montgomery, Ohio, patient care facility. Briggs brings more than ten years of clinical skills to this leadership position. He graduated from Lafayette College, Easton, Pennsylvania, and obtained his bachelor’s degree in prosthetics and orthotics from the University of Washington, Seattle.
Randy Roberson, CP, has been promoted to practice manager at Hanger’s Birmingham, Alabama, patient care center. Roberson brings more than 25 years of experience to his new position.
Paul Harrington, CPO, has been promoted to practice manager of the Hanger patient care center in Clackamas, Oregon. Harrington received a two-year degree from the Pierce College auxiliary campus at Madigan Army Medical Center, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington. He also received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine, Seattle.
Todd Smith, CO, was promoted to practice manager of Hanger’s patient care center in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Smith has dedicated more than ten years to providing patient care. He received his bachelor’s degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and obtained certificates in orthotics and prosthetics through the Newington Certificate Program, Connecticut.
Donald Helper, CPO, was named practice manager of Hanger’s Bend, Oregon, patient care center. Helper attended Delgado College, Louisiana, and Anchorage Community College, Alaska. He received his bachelor’s degree from Concordia University, Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Helper brings more than 24 years of patient care experience to his new position.
Doug Davis, CPO, has joined Hanger’s Salisbury, Maryland, patient care center as a practice manager. Davis earned his bachelor’s degree from York College of Pennsylvania and his prosthetic certificate through the Northwestern University Prosthetic-Orthotic Center (NUPOC) program.
