Freedom Innovations, Irvine, California, has donated a variety of carbon fiber foot products and accessories to the Hanger Ivan R. Sabel Foundation Clinic in Deschapelles, Haiti. According to Freedom Innovations, the donation is valued at $60,000. The prosthetic feet were shipped pre-assembled with titanium adapters and cosmetic foot shells.
“We recognize the ongoing need of the people of Haiti with amputations…and we are proud that we are able to support their efforts,” said Gary Wertz, Freedom Innovations’ executive vice president of sales and marketing.
