The Orthotic & Prosthetic Assistance Fund (OPAF) and its First Clinics announced that Ohio Willow Wood, Mt. Sterling, Ohio, has renewed its gold-level sponsorship for 2010. Ohio Willow Wood’s $10,000 donation will help OPAF continue its work for the O&P population with its First Clinics and other projects.
“This contribution will help us to bring more clinics across the country and urge people with physical challenges to return to a more active lifestyle,” Robin Burton, OPAF executive director, said. “Ohio Willow Wood has been a strong supporter of OPAF for many years…”
Adaptive recreational sports programs and clinics, such as tennis, golf, SCUBA, swimming, kayaking, and therapeutic horsemanship, are all part of the OPAF First Family, with clinics being held nationwide.
