The Amputee Coalition has announced that its Paddy Rossbach Youth Camp has been selected to receive a $1,500 grant from the Build-A-Bear Workshop® Bear Hugs Foundation. This support will help send 100 youths to the camp this July. The youth camp is a five-day traditional summer camp experience for children ages 10-17 who have lost a limb or who were born with limb differences.
“We are grateful to the Build-A-Bear Workshop Bear Hugs Foundation for their generous contribution and genuine interest in our youth camp,” said Kendra Calhoun, president and CEO of the Amputee Coalition. “With a focus on children’s health and wellness, the Amputee Coalition is proud to partner with Build-A-Bear.”
