Hanger Orthopedic Group (Hanger), Austin, Texas, has acquired Team Post-Op, Santa Ana, California; BioConcepts, with offices in Burr Ridge and Palos Heights, Illinois; US Orthotics & Prosthetics, Fredericksburg, Virginia; MK Prosthetic & Orthotic Services, with offices in San Antonio, Flores, and Austin, Texas; and Rainier Surgical, Auburn, Washington, & Ortho-Medical Products, headquartered in Mineola, New York. These acquisitions will add annual revenues of approximately $20.2 million to Hanger’s patient care operations, and offices in California, Illinois, New York, Texas, Washington, and Virginia, according to a Hanger press release.
