The Barr Foundation and the Rotary Club of Coronado, California, sponsored a Limbs of Freedom clinic in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico, from March 2-4, 2012. The Ensenada residents chosen to receive new prosthetic limbs were selected based on a display of compliance and financial needs.
Limbs of Freedom is headed by Herb Barrack, CPO, and largely supported by a team of prosthetists, including Gerardo “Jerry” Guzman, CP; CTPO, CFo; and Floyd Thompson, CPed.
