Ergoresearch, Laval, Quebec, Canada, has announced the creation of Ergorecherche France, Dijon, a company that will enable the firm to extend its business activities to European markets.
With this investment, Ergoresearch says it is embarking on an international development plan in partnership with Holding Proteor SA, St. Apollinaire, France, Ergoresearch’s “historical” shareholder. Guillaume Perrin will be acting as president and CEO of Ergorecherche France.
“This investment enables the company to export its proprietary technologies and add a recurring revenue model to its operations,” said Sylvain Boucher, president and CEO of Ergoresearch.
Orders from France will be transmitted electronically to Laval where the required specifications are processed to manufacture the custom-fit orthotics.
