OPAF has announced its 2013 officers and board members, effective December 1, 2012.
D. Scott Williamson, MBA, CAE, president of Quality Outcomes, Fredericksburg, Virginia, who served as the 2012 vice president is the new president. Taking over as vice president is James Young Jr., CP, LP, FAAOP, a recent board member, and owner of Amputee Prosthetic Clinic, headquartered in Macon, Georgia. Justina Shipley, CO, FAAOP, will serve as treasurer. She is the O&P director for Shriners Hospitals for Children-Shreveport, Louisiana.
In addition to these new officers, OPAF named Karen Lundquist, Sue Borondy, and Renee Woodberry to the board of directors. Lundquist’s and Borondy’s appointments were announced last November. Woodberry is a strong social and political activist. She is also a licensed paralegal with 15 years of experience.
