Ekso Bionics, Richmond, California, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ekso Bionics Holdings, based in Santiago, Chile, announced that Glenn Davis and Thomas Looby have joined the company to augment its sales and marketing strategies.
Davis
Davis has spent more than 23 years with Siemens Healthcare, headquartered in Erlangen, Germany, where most recently he was vice president of worldwide marketing, ultrasound division. “Glenn’s extensive medical device industry experience makes him a key addition to Ekso Bionics,” said Frank Moreman, COO. “The significant increase in attention from neurorehabilitation clinics necessitated an addition to our team…”
Looby
Looby has spent the last 20 years in marketing at companies including Bayer, headquartered in Leverkusen, Germany, and Eastman Kodak, headquartered in Rochester, New York, and most recently was at Given Imaging, headquartered in Yoqneam, Israel, as chief marketing officer, where he was responsible for worldwide market development solutions for gastrointestinal diseases. “We are very fortunate to find Tom,” said Nathan Harding, Ekso Bionics’ CEO. “With his critical experience in [medical technology] and robotics and his deep understanding of emerging market opportunities, Tom is well suited to lead the development and execution of Ekso’s global hospital and rehabilitation marketing strategy.”
