Ottobock, Duderstadt, Germany, has made an investment in Orthotic Holdings Inc. (OHI), Ronkonkoma, New York. Andreas Schultz, regional president and CFO of Ottobock North America, Minneapolis, Minnesota, has joined the OHI board of directors as part of the transaction.
OHI is a family of brands that consists of Langer Biomechanics, Ronkonkoma; The Orthotic Group, Markham, Ontario, Canada; Arizona AFO, Mesa; SafeStep, Milford, Connecticut; and PedAlign, San Diego, California. OHI, has four manufacturing facilities located in three countries and distributes products worldwide.
