Orthotic Holdings Inc. (OHI), headquartered in Ronkonkoma, New York, has announced the acquisition of SafeStep, Milford, Connecticut. SafeStep is the latest addition to the family of OHI brands that includes Langer Biomechanics, Ronkonkoma; Arizona AFO, Mesa; and The Orthotic Group, Markham, Ontario, Canada.
SafeStep, founded in 2000 by Josh White, DPM, and Richard Krouch, is a diabetic footwear and durable medical equipment (DME) provider. White will assume an ongoing senior role within OHI.
