Orthotic Holdings Inc. (OHI), Markham, Ontario, Canada, announced its acquisition of Arizona AFO, Mesa. Arizona AFO represents the third franchise brand in the OHI family of companies, alongside The Orthotic Group, Markham, Ontario, Canada, and Langer Biomechanics, Ronkonkoma, New York. OHI said it intends to leave Arizona AFO as an independent brand, and that Arizona AFO’s management and technical team are remaining with the company and manufacturing will continue at its current location. Jason Kraus, OHI executive vice president, will provide strategic and business development support to the Arizona AFO management team.
