Orthotic Holdings Inc. (OHI), Ronkonkoma, New York, announced the acquisition of Australian Orthotic Group (AOG), headquartered in Sydney, Australia, an orthotic distributorship serving the Australian and New Zealand markets. Financial terms were not disclosed.
AOG founder Paul Linton has joined the OHI senior management team as vice president, international sales. Linton, the former North America sales manager for OHI’s The Orthotic Group, Markham, Ontario, Canada, brand, founded AOG in 2003.
