Orthotic Holdings Inc. (OHI), Ronkonkoma, New York, announced that it has acquired custom foot orthotic manufacturer PedAlign, San Diego, California. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
OHI is a family of brands that also includes Langer Biomechanics, Ronkonkoma; The Orthotic Group, Markham, Ontario, Canada; Arizona AFO, Mesa; and SafeStep, Milford, Connecticut. OHI also has four manufacturing facilities located in three countries.
