Eschen Prosthetic & Orthotic Laboratories, headquartered in New York, has acquired GFH Orthotic & Prosthetic Laboratories, Bohemia, New York, from Glenn Hutnick, CPO, CTP, FAAOP. Concurrent with the acquisition, Hutnick has been appointed director of prosthetics for Eschen. David Ballman, CPO, facility manager at Eschen’s Hicksville, New York, location, will oversee the expansion of the Bohemia facility. The sale was effective October 1.
The acquisition includes only Hutnick’s patient care facility; he maintains ownership of Hutnick Rehab Support Services, Bohemia.
