Hanger, Austin, Texas, filed Form 12b-25 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on May 11 stating that the company is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31 within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense. With the filing, Hanger said that it “requires additional time to prepare its financial statements to be filed as a part of the Form 10-Q due primarily to its continuing efforts to complete its 2014 annual inventory valuation, its requirement to file restated consolidated financial statements as identified in and for the reasons described in its Current Report on Form 8-K filed February 17, 2015, and the completion of the audit of its 2014 consolidated financial statements.”
