Marlies Beerli-Cabell, CPO, has joined the Ability Prosthetics and Orthotics, York, Pennsylvania, patient care center; she will eventually practice in the Baltimore, Maryland, area. Beerli-Cabell earned a bachelor of science degree in neurobiology and physiology and earned her orthotics certificate from the Newington Certificate Program, Connecticut. She became certified in orthotics in 2008 and in prosthetics in 2010.
She has expertise in cranial remolding, and has worked with pediatric neurosurgeons at Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, and Children’s National Medical Center, Washington, and has several current technology certifications.
